ABOUT THIS EVENT
WHAT IS DEEP DEMOCRACY?
Developed in post-apartheid South Africa and practiced in over 20 countries around the world, Deep Democracy is a facilitation methodology particularly useful for resolving relationships and group dynamics that are emotionally charged or marked by diversity and difference.
Advanced Deep Democracy 3 includes theory and experiential practice of tools that will help you facilitate more heated, intense conflicts in groups. In this course, you will:
- Understand the evolution and stages of conflict
- Learn how to make it safe for a group to move forward into the conflict
- Learn tools to help bring the unsaid into the consciousness of the group
- Learn how to and when to polarize
- Learn to see conflict as a growth path
- Grow your metaskills to be non-judgmental and compassionate during conflict
- Learn to facilitate dense emotions and conflict in small and large groups.
ENROLLMENT AND LOGISTICS
- The cost of the program is 1485 USD if it is an individual payment and 1890 USD if your organization is paying for your participation.
- The course is limited by 8 people only.
- The module will be 6 zoom sessions of 3 hours with an hour break between two modules.
