Deep Democracy Foundations 2 hones the foundational tools and skills learned in Foundations Course with a focus on maintaining facilitator effectiveness in difficult situations. In this course, you will:

• Anchor Foundations 1 content, learning from your experiences practicing the tools.
• Strengthen your facilitation muscles so you can stay centered in high-tension situations.
• Practice the Four Steps and Debate from different positions (Leader, Facilitator, Participant)
• Learn a diagnostic tool that maps roles present in a group and increases clarity around group dynamics and group needs
