Your Coach & Mentor: İpek Utun

Ipek’s passion is to contribute to a world where people dare and commit to live and lead with their full potential. She works with C-suite and senior leaders as well as transitioning managers and coaches/facilitators as an executive coach, team coach, facilitator and mentor. She works globally from Europe, the Far East, Middle East to USA.

Ipek is an Elder in Deep Democracy and has been training leaders and facilitators across the world for over a decade to support inclusive decisions that everyone sticks, engage in conflict in a way that brings growth and creativity and manage team dynamics for a better working culture and higher performance. She has an extensive experience of this methodology from board rooms to universities, corporate world to non for profits, business partnerships to family relations.

Ipek is an Executive and Leadership Coach affiliated with Yale University as Leadership Coach in School of Management, e-MBA program. A Senior Faculty of Global CIYO -Coming into Your Own- Women Leadership Program. An accredited Shadow Work® Group Facilitator, 1:1 Coach and Trainer.

Ipek is known for her high, positive engaging energy and calm presence in the heat of the fire. She makes working with deeper patterns driving any challenging situation easy and personal or systemic transformation possible.
