Team Coaching

We work one-on-one and with groups to grow skills and increase groups’ ability to resolve tension and create more effective communication among team members. We focus on helping groups apply newly learned skills within the workplace. When we work with groups, outcomes include:

Conflict Consulting

Occasionally, complex, highly-charged issues emerge on a team or within an organization that can’t be resolved easily. Allowing issues to fester causes long-term damage to the organization and interferes with your good work.
