Deep Democracy 1:1 Coaching & Mentoring for Facilitators
In 1:1 Coaching and Mentoring, you work directly with a certified Deep Democracy consultant in a variety of ways that will serve your learning and growth. We may workshop a challenging session you facilitated, plan for an upcoming coaching session, or work through a situation in which you were challenged and want to learn from the experience. We use Deep Democracy tools while working with you in these sessions so you have a multi-dimensional learning experience.
Course Length: XX 60-minute sessions.
